Obstacle Courses have been one of the world’s military standard forms of training since the ancient Greeks and for good reason. They were originally meant to allow military recruits to simulate the intense, rugged and tactical environment that is often encountered during actual combat. Obstacle Course Training allows both soldiers and civilians to build up their physical bodies, develop superior communication and teamwork skill sets, boost problem solving abilities and ultimately learn the methods necessary for conquering any course they are put up against.
